It's easy to use: pull the fitted sheet over the mattress like a normal fitted sheet. Connect it to an earthed socket near your bed using the integrated push button with the earthing cable.
If you wish, you can also place a thin cotton cloth over it to protect the fixed cloth - the conductivity is still very good.
Our fixed earthing sheet includes an earthing cable: simply connect this to the plug for the socket earthing (included in the delivery) using the push button. If required, you can cover the earthing sheet with a standard cotton sheet.

For care, we recommend our Sensitive detergent without additives, suitable for textiles with silver content. It is gentle on the fine silver fibres and supports long-term conductivity. The sensitive detergent is available directly in our shop.
Our fixed earthing cloth comprises a conductive textile, a connection cable and a plug for earthing the socket. Silver threads run through the fabric over a large area. The cable connects the sheet to the earthing conductor of the house, i.e. your socket in the wall. As soon as your body comes into contact with the sheet, it discharges the electrical voltage via the earthing. This physical equalisation neutralises the body's electrical voltage. The technique utilises the natural conductivity of metals. This creates a connection to the electrical potential of our planet. This coupling enables biological regulation during the night's rest.

Yes, you can put a commercially available fixed cloth of a different colour over our earthing cloth. Additional layers of fabric only minimally interrupt contact with the flow of electrons. The effectiveness of the earthing remains intact.
Regular washing is crucial for the function. Body fats and skin flakes are deposited on the silver threads. These layers insulate the metal and hinder the flow of electrons. Wash the sheet every fortnight in the washing machine at 30 to 40 degrees. Use our mild liquid detergent without bleach. Avoid fabric softener. Chlorine bleach immediately destroys the silver through oxidation. Stain removers or aggressive detergents are also unsuitable. Do not use detergents containing essential oils such as lemon or lavender. These substances cause discolouration and reduce contact. Dry the sheet at a low temperature in the tumble dryer or in the air. Ironing is possible at low heat without steam. This keeps the bioelectric interfaces intact.
