This short video shows how body tension is measured before and after earthing using the Earthing Fix sheet.
It is very simple to use: the grounding fitted sheet is pulled over the mattress just like a normal fitted sheet. The grounding cable supplied is then connected to a grounded socket.
A thin cotton cloth can be placed over it if necessary. Thanks to the high silver content, conductivity is reliably maintained.
The grounding fitted sheet comes complete with a grounding cable and a grounding plug. The cable is simply connected to the fitted sheet using a press stud. The grounding plug is then plugged into an earthed socket. The fitted sheet can then be used just like a normal fitted sheet.
A standard multimeter can be used to easily measure the body’s electrical voltage. Upon contact with the earthed sheet, there is often a significant reduction in the measured voltage. This change can be observed and understood directly.

To check the socket, we recommend our Earthing checker. Simply plug it into the socket. If both green indicator lights are lit, as shown in the „Correct“ display, the socket is correctly earthed and ready for use.

Our fixed earthing cloth is made of high-quality organic cotton with finely woven silver fibres, an earthing cable and a plug for earthing the socket.
The silver fibres are based on a special fibre technology and ensure uniform and permanent conductivity over the entire surface of the bed.
As soon as you lie on the fixed earthing sheet, excess electrical voltage from your body is safely discharged to the earthing of the socket via the earthing cable.

Yes, a standard cotton sheet can easily be pulled over the grounding sheet. Thanks to the finely woven silver fibres, the grounding connection is maintained even through a thin layer of fabric.
However, for optimal grounding, we recommend as direct skin contact as possible with the grounding fitted sheet. The more contact there is with the body, the better the grounding connection is supported.
It’s just as easy to look after as a standard fitted sheet.

• 30 °C is recommended; 40 °C is also possible if necessary.
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
• Air-dry – no ironing required.
