Our certified earthing products are designed so that our customers can benefit easily and safely from potential equalisation. Without any mains voltage. All products have cables and plugs with an integrated safety resistor (100 kOhm) and therefore offer maximum safety and quality.

How does an earthing product work?
You know what it's like: you touch the door latch, for example, and it «pricks» you - sometimes there is even a small spark. This shows that your body is electrostatically charged by WLAN and electrical devices in the office or household.
The earthing products that you can buy in our shop ensure that this «charging» does not occur in the first place. The voltage reduction on the body can be detected and measured with a multimeter or earthing checker.
Conductive textiles
At the heart of every earthing product are conductive textiles, usually cotton or other natural fibres. They contain silver fibres, carbon or stainless steel filaments. This special woven structure ensures a reliably low surface resistance. The result: the textiles efficiently absorb electrostatic voltages from the body and dissipate them.
Connection link
Plug, terminal or socket
The connection cable uses copper-based conductors with an insulating sheath. It is connected to the product, for example the fixed linen. Each product has a connection socket, a button or a conductive push-button strip. The push-button is used as a mechanically and electrically safe solution. It is connected to an earthing plug or a clamping device via a separate cable. This connection unit is used to reliably couple the conductive textile with the other signal routing (cable) without risking contact resistance.
Earthing cable
The earthing cable consists of a robust, insulated copper or stainless steel conductor. It transfers the potential from the connection point to the earthed socket or to an earth electrode. Safety is our top priority: A safety resistor is integrated into the cable, usually in the range of 100 kOhm. This resistor limits any residual currents to an absolutely safe level. The plug connections are often fitted with additional anti-kink sleeves.
Connection module
The connection module connects the conductive surface with the protective conductor socket. Contact surfaces made of nickel-plated metal reduce the contact resistance. Heat-resistant plastics ensure the mechanical structure of the module. The electrical connection to earth is usually made via the earth contact of an earthed socket. It is crucial that only the earth conductor is used (circuits for phase or neutral remain unused). This ensures that no 230V mains voltage can be applied to the product, only potential equalisation to earth.
Test fields & measurability
Experts measure surface resistance, series resistance and conductivity. Our customers can buy a multimeter in the shop. This shows the voltage difference before and after skin contact. An earthing checker tests the protective conductor path and provides clear feedback on the function.
Security
Earthing products are designed in such a way that their earth leakage resistance (including safety resistance) is defined and documented in the test protocol in accordance with standards. The materials used are tested for skin compatibility, anti-allergenicity and resistance to washing. All connection components are designed to be low-corrosion and durable.
