- Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition and meets hygiene standards.
- For hygiene reasons, grounding products that have already been used cannot be returned.
- The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us by email at info@erdvital.ch before returning the item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a confirmed material or manufacturing defect.
