🎥 Measuring Body Tension
In this short video, you’ll see how to measure body tension before and during use of the grounding fitted sheet.
It’s very easy to use: Simply pull the grounding fitted sheet over the mattress just like a regular fitted sheet. Then connect the included grounding cable using the snap button and plug the grounding plug into a properly grounded outlet.
The conductive silver fibers create a large-area grounding connection while you sleep. The grounding fitted sheet is used just like a conventional fitted sheet and offers pleasantly soft sleeping comfort at the same time.
The grounding fitted sheet comes with a grounding cable and grounding plug. The cable is easily attached to the fitted sheet with a snap button. Next, plug the grounding plug into a properly grounded outlet. After that, the grounding fitted sheet can be used just like a regular fitted sheet.
You can easily measure your body’s electrical voltage using a standard multimeter. This allows you to compare your body’s voltage before and during contact with the grounding sheet. You can observe the change directly on the meter.

To check the outlet, we recommend our Grounding Checker. Simply plug it into the outlet. If both green indicator lights are on, as shown in the “Correct” display, the outlet is properly grounded and ready for use.

The grounding fitted sheet is made of 88% organic cotton and 12% finely woven silver fibers. The set also includes a grounding cable and a grounding plug.
The conductive silver fibers are evenly distributed throughout the fabric and connect to ground via the grounding cable. This helps reduce the body’s electrical charge upon contact with the fitted sheet.
When the body comes into contact with the grounding fitted sheet, it is reconnected to the earth. This promotes a natural state of grounding, similar to that achieved through direct contact with the ground. Many users find this connection pleasant and soothing and report sleeping more soundly.
Yes, a thin cotton sheet can be placed over the grounding fitted sheet. Thanks to the finely woven silver fibers, the conductive connection is maintained even through a thin layer of fabric.
However, for the most direct grounding connection possible, we recommend direct skin contact with the grounding fitted sheet. The greater the direct physical contact with the conductive surface, the more direct the connection to the ground.
Caring for it is just as easy as caring for a regular fitted sheet. To ensure that the material and its conductivity last as long as possible, we recommend:
• Wash at 40 °C
• Use a mild liquid or gentle detergent
• Spin at a maximum of 800 rpm
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach
• Air dry if possible
• Do not dry in direct sunlight
• Do not tumble dry
• Ironing is not necessary, but possible
